Our DJ Packages include professional setup and breakdown, ensuring a seamless experience for your event. With top-notch equipment and a wide range of music genres, we cater to all types of events, making sure your guests have an unforgettable time.
Cancellation Policy
DJ Services Policies 1. Booking Policy All bookings require a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total service fee to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event. Failure to pay the balance in full by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking. We recommend booking DJ services at least 4 weeks in advance to guarantee availability. 2. Cancellation Policy Client-Initiated Cancellation: 30 Days or More Before Event: If the booking is canceled at least 30 days before the event date, the client will not owe any further payment, but the initial deposit is non-refundable. Less Than 30 Days Before Event: If the booking is canceled within 30 days of the event, the client is responsible for 50% of the remaining balance. 7 Days or Less Before Event: If the booking is canceled within 7 days of the event, the client is responsible for 100% of the remaining balance. DJ-Initiated Cancellation: In the rare event that DJ Blendmaster JB needs to cancel the booking, the client will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit. DJ Blendmaster JB will also make every effort to provide a replacement DJ of similar quality and style at no additional cost. 3. Rescheduling Policy 30 Days or More Before Event: Clients may reschedule their event with no additional fees if done at least 30 days prior to the original event date, subject to availability. Less Than 30 Days Before Event: Rescheduling within 30 days of the event may incur a rescheduling fee of 10% of the total service fee, and is subject to availability. 7 Days or Less Before Event: Rescheduling within 7 days of the event will incur a rescheduling fee of 25% of the total service fee, subject to availability. 4. Waitlist Policy If your preferred date is unavailable, you may request to be placed on a waitlist. Clients on the waitlist will be contacted in the order of their request if a date becomes available. To secure a waitlisted date, a deposit will be required within 48 hours of notification, otherwise the date will be offered to the next client on the waitlist.
